My name is Laura Delosier

My Philosophy: WOA!

  • W: (Whole Body) Working together between movement and strength. Total body workouts with a multi-joint approach. I will teach you how to become a better mover so your everyday life activities won't feel like a chore. 

  • O: (Ownership) Be excited because you are physically going to put the work in towards a goal. I want you to take pride in each exercise and rep you do, not just "get fit." The approach you take during your workout can help gain confidence in anything you do outside that hour.

  • A: (Accountability) I ask that you be prepared for sessions and communicate early and often (previous injuries or schedule conflicts). I will be there every step of the way.
