What is an S&C Coach? 

We use scientific knowledge to train individuals to perform better based on their needs. We design specific programs, implementing safe and effective strength training exercises. This includes injury prevention methods and recovery options. ​

For your workouts:

  • Based on facility or equipment available, I will be able to adjust the program

  • Based on your training level, I will tailor the workouts to meet your goals (metabolic capacity/strength/movement/tone, etc.)
